Amit Sidhpura is the Global Strategy Leader for IBM Talent Transformation Consulting, focusing on helping organisations embrace a “New Way of Work” and co-define the “Future of Work.” He is global executive, with 15+ years of experience in helping people and talent learn how to transform. He has worked in several leadership positions within a range of organisations from start-ups to global enterprises in London, New York, Singapore and now Zurich. In his spare time, Amit founded City Monk and Project Transformation – two global movements designed to help everyone connect and experience their inner superpowers.
