BARBARA JEFFERY

Barbara Jeffery is co-lead of Employee Health at the McKinsey Health Institute. She is also a Partner in the London office of McKinsey & Company and a leader in their People & Organisational Performance Practice in the UK. She focuses on delivering transformative organisation journeys-journeys that change organisations and individuals, as people and leaders. Barbara has more than ten years of experience in organisational design, culture and change, leadership development, and HR function design in the context of transformations, mergers, separations and IPOs. Prior to joining McKinsey, Barbara worked at a leading global financial services firm, focused on structuring and marketing of fixed income derivatives. She also founded and ran Omoko, a company focused on performance transformations for PE-owned and VC-owned firms in the healthcare space.
