Camila Carvalho

Camila Carvalho is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for Adecco UK and Ireland, a global HR firm. As a black woman and the first in her family to attend university in Brazil, her personal experiences have fuelled her passion for creating equal opportunities for all. She started her career in Adecco Brazil through a programme that allowed her to shadow the CEO of the company during one month and bring new perspectives to the senior leadership. Over time, the learnings from this experience, combined with her commitment to social justice, led her to take over several roles related to diversity and inclusion, social impact and public affairs. Last year, Camila joined the Adecco UK and Ireland team to support companies from different industries to recruit inclusively and build a diversity-friendly culture.
