CLAIRE CAMPBELL

As joint Consultancy Director at Timewise, Claire Campbell oversees many of their larger consultancy projects and innovation programmes. She originally worked at Timewise from 2016 and 2021 and rejoined them in 2023, after some time at the Institute for Employment Studies as Director of HR Research and Consulting. Over the past few years, Claire has worked extensively with local authorities and the NHS, as well as a wide range of private sector and frontline organisations. She has also partnered with organisations like CIPD, NHS Employers and the Local Government Association to deliver flexible working programmes to their members. Prior to 2016, Claire was an HR Director in the civil service where she led on resourcing and talent in DWP and DECC, following an earlier career in HR consulting which included working globally. She is passionate about using job design to create fairer, healthier and more flexible organisations.
