Daniella Brackpool

Daniella Brackpool joined Wickes last year and is responsible for driving the benefits strategy, implementing new benefits and services, along with looking for new and innovative ways to bring to life the company’s benefits offering, supporting wellbeing and making everyone ‘Feel at Home’. Since starting her HR career 30 years ago, she has worked in a variety of roles including training, recruitment, shared services, reward and pensions, before ending up specialising in benefits. Dani’s previous roles include Benefits Manager for Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays, plus Head of Benefits for the Sainsbury’s Group. She is an active member of the Wickes Wellbeing Network and a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Dani is passionate about positively influencing the health and wellbeing of all colleagues.
