Emily Gabrielsen

Emily Gabrielsen is Centrica’s Group Health and Wellbeing Manager. She has over 20 years’ experience working within Centrica, starting in the Cardiff call centre and graduating through many roles in Project and Change management, to following her passion of Health and Wellbeing seven years ago. Emily is responsible for the operation of Centrica’s UK health provision and designs and delivers Centrica’s global Wellbeing Programme across a diverse workforce of over 19,000 colleagues. Centrica’s holistic and inclusive risk-based Wellbeing programme focuses on the whole person, looking after physical, emotional, nutritional and financial health proactively as well as reactively. Her operational experience and being a trained Mental Health First Aider means Emily knows what colleagues want. Her work has been instrumental in transforming and ensuring there are proactive wellbeing resources, tools and benefits available to allow all colleagues to access and choose the right support, at the right time for them.
