Emma Tregenza

Emma Tregenza is the Chief Legal & People Officer at Emerald Publishing. She has a legal background, having qualified as a lawyer in 2000 and worked at organisations including Paramount Pictures and Amazon, before joining Emerald in 2016.   Throughout her career, Emma has been active in advocating for diversity and has led the equity and inclusion programme at Emerald since 2018.  In 2024, Emerald was ranked in both the Times Top 50 workplaces for Gender Diversity and in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces, UK & Ireland.
