Gareth Hind

Gareth Hind is the Director of Colleague Experience and Relations at First Bus. Prior to joining First Bus in March 2022, Gareth’s spent his career in retail, primarily in store and area management across Morrisons, Waitrose and The Coop, but most recently at Asda – where he held a number of senior leadership roles in the people team, in areas including learning and development, talent and capability, digital communications and most recently, engagement and, diversity and inclusion. For most of his career, he has been an operator that does people well. Now he works in people but with an operations lens, having moved from feeding the nation to moving the nation. He is award winning for his innovation in cultural transformation, has an infectious energy and is constantly curious. But above all, he is determined to make a difference.
