Jim Beestone

Jim Beestone is a communications and project management professional, who is currently a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Project Manager in Balfour Beatty’s Strategic Delivery team. A passionate advocate of mental health, with lived experience of mental ill health conditions, he is a champion for supportive, cohesive, proactive mental health programmes. In 2019 he took on responsibility for leading and delivering Balfour Beatty’s award-winning mental health and wellbeing strategy, and since 2022 has chaired the Health in Construction Leadership Group’s Mental Health Working Group.
