Kerrie Smith
Kerrie is Associate Director, and global lead for health and wellbeing at Mace, a global consultancy and construction firm. Trained in business psychology, and currently undergoing further postgraduate study in occupational health and wellbeing, Kerrie is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the business on creating an environment that strives to protect, promote, and support colleague health and wellbeing at work, and deliver against the company value of everyone going home safe and well.
Kerrie has spent the last ten years working in workplace health and wellbeing; this includes several wellbeing lead roles within the insurance sector, she ran a research programme on financial wellbeing with the Money Advice Service within the charity sector – looking at the impact of financial literacy programmes on low-income workers, and for the last six years working for Mace within the construction sector.
During her time at Mace at Mace she has progressed the health and wellbeing agenda through the introduction of strategic global partners and programmes relating to occupational health, mental health, disability/neurodiversity, and employee listening.
