KHUSHBOO PATEL

As Head of Engagement and Inclusion at Metro Bank, Khushboo Patel has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial banking. After joining Metro Bank and leading the launch into Wales, Khushboo now heads up engagement and inclusion. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, she is a leading voice in the area and specialises in workplace culture and wellbeing. In addition to this, Khushboo champions education and employability skills amongst young people by mentoring and advocating the Cardiff 2030 initiative and the 21st Century Schools Programme, as well as being on the board of Governors at a local college.
