Lee Chambers is a respected psychologist, speaker and founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. After a diverse career, including time in corporate finance, elite sports and scaling and a videogame business, Lee decided to launch Essentialise in 2020, to support businesses in making wellbeing inclusive, effective and evidence-based. He has won the Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was inducted into the Black Cultural Archives in 2022 for services to business and health. Lee is a Kavli Fellow of the National Academy of Scientists in the USA, and was featured as an Exceptional Founder in this year’s Startups 100 Index. He is regarded for his leadership on the future of wellbeing and inclusion, has spoken at the Bloomberg Global Equality Summit, and featured on the BBC and in the Guardian. Lee is the author of the Millennials Guide to Wellness and he consults for a variety of FTSE 250 organisations.
