REBECCA ORMOND

Rebecca Ormond is the EMEA Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.  With a background in culture change, organisational development, leadership and consulting, she is focused on how to change organisations at a systemic level to drive culture and behaviour. Previously responsible for PwC UK’s Inclusion and Wellbeing teams, delivering this agenda for their 24,000 partners and staff across the UK, she joined SMBC this year, to drive their D&I progress across the EMEA region and respond to the increasing demand and focus on D&I and wellbeing from regulators, customers and talent.
