In her role as Global Lead Employee Wellbeing at Novartis, Sharon O’Connor develops mental health and wellbeing strategies and programmes – collaborating with global cross functional teams to build and pilot products – she leads a behavior-based measurement methodology and evolving data and reporting strategy. Sharon is also a contributing representative on the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and a founding member of the Wellbeing Executives Council of The Conference Board. Having worked across several industries at both global and country level including professional services, not for profit, hospitality and sport, Sharon describes her career path as intentionally non-linear. 

She is driven by a passion for enhancing the day-to-day experience of people through an authentic and visible culture.
