STACY THOMSON

Stacy is an award-winning mental health practitioner, performance coach, speaker, trainer, and consultant, who has worked alongside organisations, executives, and leaders within a wide range of fields.

She founded The Performance Club after years of observing that the key to positive mental health and sustained performance was self-awareness. Observing that the world was becoming more and more demanding, intolerant, and struggling with the overall management of the human condition. Through education and guidance, Stacy brings The Performance Club to organisations to enable them to develop employees through engagement, responsibility, self-awareness and resilience building. Helping them to help themselves, and others.

In addition, Stacy has over 20 years of frontline experience working in roles within the NHS – where she still works part-time and loves. There is nothing she has not seen or worked with, and her continued learning and development demonstrates her passion and drive to understand, educate, contribute, and support both organisations and individuals.

Stacy currently sits on the advisory board of Mad World Forum, and has been a selection panel member and leadership mentor for the Inside Out Leaderboard. She is regularly asked to contribute to articles in industry publications and she enjoys writing articles for her blog and LinkedIn followers.
