Tony Singh

Tony Singh is currently working at Babergh & Mid Suffolk District Councils’, as the lead for organisational development and employee experience. He predominately leads the award-winning health and wellbeing provision, equality, diversity and inclusion programme, leadership and management development, and oversees the learning and organisational development provision. Tony is an organisational psychologist, with more than 15 years’ experience in the public sector and has also worked in private and charitable sectors. He is passionate about supporting organisations and its leaders to develop compassionate and inclusive cultures that enable to people to thrive at work.
