Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing

Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing is the fastest growing membership community for those tasked with improving wellbeing within employers and sectors of any size, across the UK & Ireland. We now have over 150 Ambassadors working with collaborative partners and charities including:  Business for Health, The Jordan Legacy, The PPMA (Public Service People Managers Association), The REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and the Lighthouse Charity.

We are in existence to help create that safe community where if you are passionate and lead the wellbeing agenda you can join others in the same boat to support your learnings. You might be an HR/L&D/D&I Manager or Wellbeing Lead involved in improving the wellbeing of your people but how can you possibly know every aspect of every element relevant to wellbeing?

Our free to join initiative supports your need and helps you put your own oxygen mask on first to then help improve all aspects of wellbeing including mental, physical, financial and social. We work collectively to help employers of all sizes to learn, share and implement best practice. In our latest updates we have been working with the Councils/Public Sector Community, Recruitment, Retail and Construction sectors. We have also looked at competency building and this is the pipeline. We are also encouraged by the work Business for Health is doing so we will bring some of their work to this community.
We know metrics, wellbeing and health data understanding is so essential to all the work being done on wellbeing strategy frameworks.

If would like to join the wellbeing ambassadors from the likes of NHS, Sky, Unilever, Deloitte, North Wales Police, The Crown Estate, Hays, Randstad, St. James’s Place Wealth Management, Bank of England, Essex Council, Leeds Council, Surrey Council, Westminster Council, Ann Summers, Which?, Wix, Warner Media, South-Eastern, National Grid, EMCOR UK and many more.  Please get in touch through our website
