She has supported solutions in organisational health and wellbeing for over ten years across, mental health, EAP, Digital Platforms and brings multi sector and international perspective and experience. In supporting open mental health work cultures with evidence-based early identification models, Alison is data driven and is passionate about good education and raising awareness across employer populations.
