Claire Wilkinson is Wellbeing Lead for AECOM, where she leads the strategy for their Europe and India region to create a culture of care where people can thrive. She also leads AECOM’s regional Employee Resource Groups’ (ERG’s) to ensure the approach to wellbeing and the workplace, is inclusive. Claire is passionate about Wellbeing and ensuring no one’s mental health is negatively impacted by coming to work.
