Emma is a wellbeing campaigner, advisor, and practitioner who spends her time influencing, and galvanising wellbeing action alongside 600 of the UKs most prominent businesses.

She takes a multidisciplinary approach to drive wellbeing impact spanning HR, organisation change, campaigning, and coaching. She has worked in a range of industries including hospitality, health care and not-for-profit.

As Campaign Manager for Business in the Community’s (BITC) Wellbeing campaign, she is driven by her experience of friction in the system for employers to truly prioritise wellbeing. Most recently, she co-developed BITC’s Your Job Can Be Good for You campaign with BITC’s Wellbeing Leadership Team. The end goal was to reduce poor mental health contributed to by work, and since starting this campaign, there has been a 3% reduction.

Emma is a chartered member of the CIPD, she has recently completed a MSc degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she holds a degree in Human Resources and International Business, and a Diploma in Yoga Teaching.

The bottom line: Emma believes there should be no conflict between business priorities and wellbeing, and that we need to unlock the power of wellbeing to tackle the challenges we face today across business, communities, and the planet.
