Jill is a Managing Director in Accenture Song, leading Marketing Transformations for Health & Life Science Clients. Jill joined Accenture 5 years ago as part of the acquisition of Brand Learning, where she had been a Board Member, growing the business since 2002, from start up to a global leader in marketing & sales capability. Prior to that, Jill was a Principal Consultant in Marketing at PwC for 5 years.
Jill is a client-side marketer by background and began her career at Unilever. She worked in several brand and marketing management roles across personal products, foods, and ice cream. Given changing consumer needs, she remains more passionate than ever about inspiring marketing teams to put consumer and customer understanding at the heart of their strategies and plans.
Since joining Accenture, Jill has been part of the movement to reduce stigma around mental health. Having become a Mental Health Ally, Jill witnessed the power of a committed community of people, united across the business in a common purpose. Jill became Executive Sponsor for Accenture UK’s mental wellbeing programme in 2021 and is proud to lead the community of nearly 3000 mental health allies in Accenture UK.
