Maryclaire Hammond is currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at GXO, where her priorities include an intense focus on employee engagement and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience with Fortune 100 companies and was previously Senior Vice President, Human Resources for XPO Logistics Americas and Asia Pacific, Human Resources Director for BP Fuels North America and, earlier, BP Northwest Fuels Value Chain; Vice President, Human Resources for Honeywell Turbo Technologies in Switzerland; and Human Resources Director for the European operations of Eaton Hydraulics.
