Tracey Lucas is Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Emerging Talent at Kier. She has been with Kier for 12 years and is passionate about ensuring the construction Industry is a more diverse and inclusive place for all. Tracey has a particular interest in ensuring that young talent feels that the industry is a place, which is attractive to join and they feel like they can belong, flourish and be themselves. Tracey recognises the industry still has a long way to go be a truly inclusive place and has recently been fundamental in introducing the Expect Respect basics into Kier, to ensure inclusion is part of the culture, particularly within the site environment. Recognising that being more flexible is a barrier the industry faces, Kier has been partnering with Timewise to introduce a more agile approach to working across the business, including in operations.
