Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee

Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee is an award-winning TEDx speaker, GP, performance strategist and positive psychology coach, specialising in helping driven professionals and organisations unlock and sustain peak performance.

As Founder of Your Wellbeing Doctor, she works at the interface of clinical insight, leadership development, and applied positive psychology, delivering evidence-based programmes that enhance resilience, strengthen engagement, and build high-impact cultures. Her work is underpinned by an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and her published research on posttraumatic growth.

Amrita brings a rare blend of clinical credibility, academic rigour, and lived experience, alongside recognised leadership in disability advocacy, including national recognition from the Royal College of General Practitioners. She has been invited to speak on influential national platforms including the General Medical Council and NHS England, presented her research within academic forums, and most recently was invited to deliver at the prestigious Inspire Me: Women & Opportunity event at the House of Lords.

Her work focuses on resilience, identity, and posttraumatic growth. She is known for translating complex science into practical, high-impact strategies that shift mindsets, strengthen cultures, and unlock human potential.
