Hayley Farrell is the Global Director of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) at Arcadis, where she leads the global HSW function. A trusted advisor and skilled in relationship management, she drives strategic transformation by aligning HSW with operational performance to enable the business to deliver outstanding projects safely.
Hayley has a multidisciplinary background and is an award-winning wellbeing practitioner. She develops and leads global HSW strategy and was the first globally to achieve certification for implementing ISO 45003 – the international standard for psychological health and safety at work. She holds a CIPD Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources, and certifications as a Personal Trainer and internal auditor. Hayley is also a Member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM).
