Simon Blake

Simon Blake OBE is CEO of the LGBTQ+ Stonewall.
He is Deputy Chair of the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and a Non-Executive Director of Mental Health First Aid International. He is a Board Advisor to Gay Times. Simon is a huge fan of dogs and horses and a keen equestrian eventer

Jamie Broadley

Jamie Broadley

Jamie is Group Head of Wellbeing at Serco, where he leads the organisation’s global approach to health and wellbeing across a large, safety‑critical workforce.
His work has included guiding Serco through ISO 45003 certification and sustained Tier 1 recognition in the CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmark.
He holds an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Leeds and previously spent five years leading staff wellbeing across NHS trusts, working closely with leaders and frontline teams during periods of sustained pressure.
Alongside his professional work, Jamie has played championship and national league rugby, most recently as a player‑coach. This experience continues to shape his thinking on leadership, performance and sustainable wellbeing.
Jamie regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to podcasts and industry panels. He is particularly interested in how organisations create cultures that support both high performance and long-term wellbeing

Jackie Buttery

Jackie Buttery

Jackie is a Reward and Benefits Director within the legal sector, devoting much of her career to firms such as Travers Smith, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehills and Eversheds, with previously generalist HR experience within the management consultancy and engineering sectors.
Jackie is hugely passionate about health and wellbeing support, employee communication, and engagement initiatives, building depth and complexity in the total reward propositions she develops. Jackie also has a passion for technology and the impact this can have on engagement.

Stella Gavinho is an accomplished workplace wellbeing leader, currently serving as Group Head of Wellbeing at Entain, a FTSE 100 company and global powerhouse in sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment.

Susan Gee

Susan Gee

Susan Gee is a highly accomplished occupational health professional with over four decades of experience in both the public and private sectors. Susan trained as a nurse in 1980 and has worked in various roles within the NHS and private health.
Susan is currently the Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing at Yorkshire Water Services Limited, she previously served as Head of Occupational Health and Safety at Bradford Metropolitan District Council for 16 years. 
Susan has previously supported a wide variety of private and public organisations, developing, and delivering comprehensive workplace programs for early detection and prevention of disease. She is an experienced occupational health professional and has expertise in the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives, and organisational change in occupational health. Susan was also a visiting lecturer at Leeds Beckett University for 20 years where she taught sickness absence management to OH students. 
Susan also has a keen interest in public health issues and how it aligns with workplace health. She is a great supporter of a holistic, person centred approach to supporting worker health. She is a keen researcher, and she enjoys keeping up to date about health-related issues and emerging trends. 
Susan is a sought-after speaker at conferences and has shared her insights on workplace health and wellbeing with diverse audiences in the UK and Europe. Susan has also had numerous articles published and contributed to research and academic publications about workplace health. Her media appearances include speaking on BBC Look North, where she provided an insightful analysis on mental health first aid at work. Susan is passionate about promoting  health in the workplace

Lauren has built a reputation for weaving health‑focused thinking into the very fabric of organisations. Her passion lies in making support both visible and accessible, whether it’s empowering employees to look after themselves proactively or providing a safety net during moments of crisis.
A recognised Wellbeing Leader, Lauren has spent over 17 years shaping psychologically safe, inclusive and high‑performing cultures. She currently steers the wellbeing strategy for 4,000 colleagues while extending support to 8,000 employees across seven UK businesses. Working hand‑in‑hand with senior leaders, she embeds inclusive practices that strengthen organisational health and foster a sense of belonging for everyone.

Nimisha Overton is the former leader of the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for Canon Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to this, she was a driving force to establish a women’s focus group, multi-faith group and a programme celebrating Black History Month in the organisation. This further excelled her passion of DE&I in the workplace. With her genuine desire for DE&I, Nimisha’s experience of delivering change and strategy within Canon and her marketing and business development expertise, she is now the driving force behind the development of an inclusive culture at Canon EMEA. Her overall objective is to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, that reflects the multi-cultural communities Canon operates in. Her aim is to achieve this by creating a work environment where people feel valued and, have a sense enabling them to thrive personally and professionally. 

Shriti Pattani OBE

Dr Shriti Pattani OBE

Shriti Pattani OBE is National Clinical Expert in Occupational Health & Wellbeing, NHS England.
She is an accredited specialist in Occupational Medicine, holding fellowships of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and the Royal College of Physicians. She is the immediate past president of the Society of Occupational Medicine. She has led Occupational Health Services as a Clinical Director in the NHS for 25 years and has experience working in the public and private sector. She is the National Clinical Expert in Occupational Health and Wellbeing for NHS England. Shriti is keen to promote the agenda of ‘Work as a Health Outcome’ which includes support for all people of working age with health conditions or disabilities to find suitable work and prevent people falling out of work. She is passionate about teaching and training and has been the Course Director for the Diploma Course in Occupational Medicine for the Royal Society for Public Health since 2010.

Wellbeing Lead, Essex County Council
Independent Consultant & Coaching Psychologist in Training, with a focus on Workplace Wellbeing and Women’s Health and Career Transitions
Dr Sabrina Robinson is a Chartered Psychologist and Health Psychologist with over two decades of experience spanning workplace wellbeing, behavioural science and mental health. She specialises in developing psychologically informed, strategically grounded and sustainable approaches to organisational health – with a particular interest in how people’s everyday experiences, behaviours and psychological needs shape people’s wellbeing at work.
As the Wellbeing Lead at Essex County Council, one of the largest and most complex local authorities in the UK, Sabrina is responsible for the organisation’s employee wellbeing strategy, a central priority as the council moves in navigating the complex transition associated with Local Government Reorganisation and Devolution. Working as part of the People and Organisation Development wider leadership team, she partners with other SMEs, leadership and the wider organisation to support in shaping a culture where wellbeing is embedded, measurable and aligned with the council’s long‑term transformation ambitions.
Alongside her strategic role, Sabrina brings a rich background as a mental health practitioner, having overseen and delivered a broad range of services across the lifespan. Her work is grounded in evidence-based psychology and informed by her commitment to making wellbeing support practical, accessible and easy to understand.
Alongside her organisational role, Sabrina is training towards becoming a Coaching Psychologist. She has a particular interest in supporting women navigating complex life and career transitions, and brings an informed, reflective perspective to conversations about identity, representation and the evolving landscape of wellbeing

Petra Velzeboer

Petra Velzeboer is a TEDx speaker, author and business consultant who advises leaders and organisations on building high-performing teams in an age of digital overload, AI disruption and constant change.
Specialising in leadership, elite culture and sustainable high performance underpinned by healthy working practices, she is known for her sharp insight and no-nonsense delivery. Petra challenges outdated “bubble bath wellbeing” approaches and replaces them with practical strategies that strengthen performance, trust and psychological safety at scale. Raised in a notorious extremist cult and later recovering from addiction, she rebuilt her life from rock bottom to become a globally recognised thought leader. This lived experience informs her work with organisations in high-pressure environments, exposing how fear and silence undermine performance, fuel burnout and quietly drive talent attrition.
